Frank McManus was the founder of the DLP in 1955. To prevent a threat to Australian freedom and our future, the Democratic Labour Party held the Liberals in power for a quarter of a century while keeping them strong. Today the Frank McManus foundation proudly supports the original DLP principles of freedom, openness and prosperity for all.
